"Riot in Muslim-majority region reminiscent of tsarist-era pogroms, says former chief rabbi"

The Financial Times reports on anti-Semitic violence in Russia's north Caucasus, amidst the Israel-Hamas War and against the backdrop of Russian President Vladimir Putin's discredited allegations of de-Nazification motives in his aggression against Ukraine.
